The bulk of the meeting was a closed session to discuss three new ethics complaints:

Two had been dismissed by the Ethics Officer. The board affirmed those dismissals.

One had been determined by the Ethics Officer to have probable cause that a violation exists. The board affirmed that decision. A hearing will be scheduled. (The bylaws say the hearing must be scheduled within 20 days. It will be recorded, but will be closed to the public, unless the subject of the complaint requests it to be open)
