@BetterGov There is a motion to recess which passes 32 to 17. This meeting will be recessed until Dec. 16 at 1 p.m., according to Johnson. The meeting concludes at approximately 10:50 a.m. Folks are asked to clear the chambers.
@BetterGov The mayor called on the Sergeant at Arms to restore order in the chambers multiple times before ending the meeting. Afterwards, City Clerk Anna Valencia to took a quorum roll call.
