The applicant for the proposal says he is worried that if renovations are not made that leaking will cause the building to be inhabitable. He says he has consider demolition.

The committee says they can come to a solution and will not support demolition if the owner decides to go that route


They have moved on to appointments for Design Review committee. The first person appointed is Jeffrey D. Johnson
