Committees hear about city's tree program, new plans for rec centers, youth football program

Solicit for bids -> $500k to collect 100k carts. Price will be higher if they keep the carts, paying to remove the cards.

Grant approved, needs to acquire land to complete the brand new park, proposing reconfiguring parking. Jones points out requires a cash match req.
