@oma_documenters On a $205,000 TIF agreement for the Greenwood Building at 3819 N 24th St, Kyle Keith said the rehabilitation project will help revitalize the 24th Street corridor.

@oma_documenters On an agreement with KJ Crossroads Venture for infrastructure improvements in the Crossroads Redevelopment Area, Emily O'Connor said demolition and grading are mostly complete.
