Starting now. CM Danny Begley began today’s meeting with a resolution recognizing National Public Works week
Jim Theiler from the Public Works department thanked the City Council for their support
On to the agenda, starting with liquor. License approved for Estilo Jalisco Restaurant at 1837 Vinton Street
License for Dry Spokes at 1901 Leavenworth St approved. This is a dry bar, but a liquor license is still required
Prelim plat for Indian Creek Reserve at 204th and Fort Streets approved
To be voted on separately is a contract with NL&L for parking lot modifications along I-480 downtown
CM Juanita Johnson asked about NL&L’s economic equity and inclusion plan. A rep from HRR present it to her
Christian Espinoza from HRR said the plan isn’t included on the agenda bc it may include private information from the contractor.
The City Council went into closed session for labor negotiations at 2:37 pm
