QualityLife Intergovernmental Agency (Q-Life) is a regional broadband agency formed through a partnership between Wasco County, the City of The Dalles, and Northern Wasco County People’s Utility District (NWCPUD). Established in 2001, Q-Life was created to provide high-speed, affordable internet access across Wasco County by investing in essential broadband infrastructure, and to enhance the region’s economic development efforts.

QualityLife Intergovernmental Agency (QLife) operates a 17-mile fiber optic network in The Dalles. Its goal is to connect every household, school and business in Wasco County to affordable, reliable internet service.
