@cledocumenters @NeighborUpCle While this project was presented as a Concept Review, the Commission decides to approve it as a Certificate of Appropriateness with the recommendation to change the exterior color and have the front door approved by staff.

@cledocumenters @NeighborUpCle The next (and final) concept plan up for review is the demolition and new construction at 3784 Pearl Rd in the Brooklyn Centre Historic District, presented by Jill Brandt. They’re still in the preliminary stages of design on this project. https://t.co/rRSfJke2mT

@cledocumenters @NeighborUpCle The Commission has some questions and concerns for Brandt about natural light, the size of the units, the exterior design, privacy, and demolition of the existing building. This concept is approved.
