Community Commission on Police Oversight (CCPO) members were sworn in and took an Oath of Office. They also each gave introductions, detailing their backgrounds and interests for serving on the commission.
City staff presented on the history of police oversight, the mission and vision of the newly established CCPO, and the role of the Office of Police Conduct Review (OPCC). The commission will have eight more meetings, and each will have an opportunity for public comment.
