Second public comment from Mr. Crossman on why the Cleveland Browns should remove the First Energy name from the Browns stadium after it has admitted to committing multiple felonies.

Public comment from Mr. Gray on why Cleveland should not spent money advertising for First Energy.

Public Comment from Miss Johnson on the mistreatment of juveniles in the juvenile detention center, reports of severe understaffing as well as multiple instances of abuse.

Public Comment from Mr. Van Sickle of Bike Cleveland advocating for the council to pass the Green Streets legislations.

Public Comment from Miss Davis representing Ashbury Senior Computer Community Center on the need for digital equity and inclusion, which includes providing more resources for digital literacy and tech support as well as moving towards full broadband adoption.

Final public comment from Miss Burton on the need for more correction officers at the juvenile detention center who are rehabilitation orientated.

Councilmen Conwell gives a presentation with AT&T. AT&T will be partnering with Cleveland on digital equity and inclusion, and will work to bring Fiber optic internet to Cleveland.
