  • Meeting consisted of two presentations: a high level overview of the proposed budget by the Budget Office, and an update on Performance Reporting by the Office of Performance and Innovation (OPI)
  • New budget is biennial, covering 2023-2024 (new process this year). However, 2024 is only a “plan” - will still require separate votes of approval next year
  • Asking for relatively large levy increases for each year (6.5% in 2023 and 6.2% in 2024)
